Terms and Conditions: Heartland Livestock Auction, LLC & its associates act as agents only and are not responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstanding. All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

• The commission will be 10% of the selling price, with a minimum of $20.
• The catalog fee for our regularly scheduled Friday sales is $20. 
• The catalog fee is non-refundable.

   

CONSIGNOR AGREES TO NOT PRIVATELY SELL, ADVERTISE, OR WITHDRAW CONSIGNED HORSE OR HORSES before THE SALE unless injured/sick with vet documentation. 

NOTICE: Videos are welcome and encouraged. Our sales are nationally advertised, and buyers travel many miles for the opportunity to buy your horses. Therefore, all consignments MUST go through the sale ring. NO ALLEY TRADING IS ALLOWED!! This is a contract. You have consigned your horse / livestock to Heartland Livestock Auction, LLC.
